Accessibility

Our approach

CREDIUM GROUP INC. aims to make its corporate website understandable and usable by people with a range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies.

Our design approach prioritises clear headings, readable content, sufficient colour contrast, meaningful links, alternative text where needed and keyboard access. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a reference for ongoing improvement; this statement is not a claim of independently verified conformance.

The site includes keyboard-operable navigation and solution tabs, visible focus indicators and a skip link. Background video can be paused, and reduced-motion preferences are respected. The brand film includes English on-screen text, optional English captions and a written transcript.

Request assistance or an alternative format

If you experience a barrier or need company information in an alternative format, email info@credium.ca with the subject “Accessibility”. Include the page or document concerned, a short description of the difficulty and your preferred way to receive the information.

Device, browser or assistive-technology details can help investigate a problem, but are optional. Please do not send medical information. We will review the request and work with you to identify a suitable way to provide the information.

Feedback and ongoing improvement

Accessibility feedback helps identify changes needed to content and navigation. Older documents and third-party content may have limitations; please contact us if these prevent access to information.

This statement covers the corporate website at credium.ca. It will be updated as the website and accessibility measures develop.
